The program is designed to build the fundamental skills of each athlete and bring their game to the next level. Our focus here is to improve upon our 3 Main Pillars of Athleticism: Speed, Agility, and Power. We teach athletes the core movement patterns involved in all sports – cutting, change of direction, speed/acceleration, and developing explosive power. This is one of the most pivotal times in an athletes’ career. Mastering these skills will help set the “foundation” for these athletes to build on for years to come. This program is a step above our Youth program

You have the opportunity to make up missed sessions anytime during the 10-week program. Any classes not made up by August 7th will be lost. Class sizes have been reduced so athletes can get more coach engagement. Reserve your spot by signing up online or calling us at 337-210-8892. These classes were booked up by May 1st last year.

The last day to make up any missed classes is August 2nd. The 10-week YFoundations Program is non-refundable and for kids ages 12-15. Payment is obtained at sign-up through Mindbody and has no taxes.
