Registration is now open for our 10-week Summer Youth Speed Program! Keep your child moving & improving while having fun. Our goal is to improve overall athletic ability through speed & agility training. The workouts offer a unique opportunity for them to work hard, compete, and push each other to get better. Our Youth Speed & Agility Program focuses on increasing speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic ability.  We strive for broad athletic development while teaching fundamental movement patterns and lifting techniques in a group environment.  This program will help young athletes excel in their specific sports and prepare them for the challenges associated with being a high school athlete in a safe and fun environment.

Morning & Afternoon Sessions!

Morning Sessions - Monday through Thursday 10:10am-11am 

Afternoon Sessions - Tuesday/Thursday 6pm-6:50pm

10 weeks 2x/week $330

10 weeks 3x/week $440 

10 weeks unlimited/week $550

You have the opportunity to make up missed sessions anytime during the 10-week program. Any classes not made up by August 2nd will be lost. Class sizes have been reduced so athletes can get more coach engagement. Reserve your spot by signing up online or calling us at 337-210-8892. These classes were booked up by May 1st last year.

The last day to make up any missed classes is August 2nd. The 10-week Youth Speed & Agility Program is non-refundable and for kids ages 7-11. Payment is obtained at sign-up through Mindbody and has no taxes.
