Registration is now open for our Spring Youth Speed Program! Keep your child moving & improving while having fun. Our goal is to improve overall athletic ability through speed & agility training. The workouts offer a unique opportunity for them to work hard, compete, and push each other to get better. Our Youth Speed & Agility Program focuses on increasing speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic ability.  We strive for broad athletic development while teaching fundamental movement patterns and lifting techniques in a group environment.  This program will help young athletes excel in their specific sports and prepare them for the challenges associated with being a high school athlete in a safe and fun environment.

 

Ages 7 to 11 Spots are limited!


All sports. All athletes. All levels. 

Classes are Every Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm

4 WEEK PROGRAM 1X A WEEK - $100

4 WEEK PROGRAM 2X A WEEK - $160
