Our Youth Speed and Agility Program is for girls and boys ages 8-13. The program focuses on increasing speed, agilty, strength, and overall athletic ability. We strive to create a well-rounded athlete preparded to thrive within all sports.

Registration is Now Open for our 4 Week Youth Speed & Agility Program!! Offered Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday at 5:00PM - 6:00PM. Join at any time in the month! Missed classes can be made up during the 4 week period.

MONTH-TO-MONTH $160 4 WEEKS 2X A WEEK

FLEX PROGRAM - $220 4 WEEKS 4X A WEEK

The GOAL of this program is to increase overall athleticism with improved coordination, speed, strength, and agility so they can excel in all the sports they enjoy competing in. The workouts offer a unique opportunity for them to work hard, compete, and push each other to get better.  With the recent health crisis, we have decided to move the program outdoors to our 10k SF outdoor training field to ensure each athlete has the appropriate social distance to train.
