Our Youth Speed and Agility Program is for girls and boys ages 7-13. The program focuses on increasing speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic ability. We strive to create well-rounded athlete so they can thrive within all sports they compete in.

10 WEEK SUMMER SPECIAL MAY 31ST TO AUGUST 12TH

2X A WEEK MONDAY/WEDNESDAY TUESDAY/THURSDAY OR ANY OTHER DAY COMBINATION THAT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE

MORNING SESSIONS 9:00am-10:00am

AFTERNOON SESSIONS 5:00pm-6:00pm

10 WEEKS 2X A WEEK - $300

10 WEEKS 3X A WEEK - $400

10 WEEKS UNLIMITED SESSIONS - $500

Miss a class, no worries, you can make it up anytime during the 10 week period. Want to train more than 2x a week? We offer 3x and unlimited weekly options.

MONTH-TO-MONTH $160 4 WEEKS 2X A WEEK

The GOAL of this program is to increase overall athleticism with improved coordination, speed, strength, and agility so they can excel in all the sports they enjoy competing in. The workouts offer a unique opportunity for them to work hard, compete, and push each other to get better.
